Maji na Ufanisi (Water & Development) NGO recently met with GT Bank Head of Relations, Charles Macharia, to explore potential areas of collaboration in water, hygiene, and sanitation around marginalized communities.
The meeting aimed to bring together the expertise of both organizations to improve the lives of vulnerable individuals in Kenya.
Steve Kariuki, Executive Director/CEO of Maji na Ufanisi, led the meeting alongside Macharia, where they discussed how they could work together to ensure sustainable access to clean water, sanitation facilities, and hygiene practices for people living in poverty. The two leaders emphasized prioritizing marginalized communities in their collaborative efforts.
The meeting was also attended by Beatrice N. Mwangi, Finance and Administration Manager of Maji na Ufanisi, and Jackline Wangechi, Program Officer.
The attendees expressed enthusiasm about the potential partnership and how it could positively impact needy Kenyan communities.
