This report provides the findings of the final evaluation of the project: Advocacy on Good Governance on Water Resources and Sanitation in Mombasa and Taita Taveta Counties. The project had a particular focus on citizen participation in local governance an d included components of capacity building for participatory planning and citizen demands for social accountability.
